A Li-ion battery does not lose its value because of the housing or electronics. In most cases, the actual wear happens inside — in the cells, which gradually lose capacity over time. A rebuild means replacing all worn cells with new premium Samsung, LG, or Sanyo cells, followed by BMS reprogramming.
The original housing, original BMS, and original connectors stay in place. We replace only the parts that genuinely wear out during normal use.

Electronics diagnostics
We assess the condition of the cells, BMS, temperature sensors, and internal electrical connections.
Fault repair
If diagnostics reveal any faults, we first repair the BMS or internal connections and then replace the cells.
Cell replacement
The full cell pack is completely replaced with new Samsung, Sanyo, or LG cells.
Spot welding and assembly
We use professional spot welding with 0.2 mm nickel strip to create stable, durable connections.
BMS programming
We reset cycle counters, calibrate the charge indicator, and optimize the operating parameters.
Final testing
Every rebuilt battery goes through capacity, voltage, and thermal performance testing.

Every rebuilt battery is returned with written warranty documentation — 12 months as standard. Full warranty terms are included in the document sent with the battery.
No. We retain the original electronics and charging parameters, so your current Hilti charger continues to work as usual.
Yes. BMS diagnostics are a standard part of every rebuild service. If we detect a damaged protection circuit, resistor, or thermistor, we repair it before replacing the cells. The full scope of that repair is included in the service price.
Yes. If you decide not to continue after diagnostics, we can return the battery to you at your expense or dispose of it free of charge. If you cancel before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
