GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Online Store available at https://b22-service.com is operated by Lupo sp. z o.o., KRS 0000397393, business address: ul. Strzeszyńska 30B, 60-479 Poznań, registered office: ul. Szamarzewskiego 21/2, 60-514 Poznań, VAT ID 7811873240, REGON 301932624, e-mail: sklep@axis-baterie.pl.
These terms apply to both consumers and entrepreneurs unless a given provision states otherwise. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website.
ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE ONLINE STORE
The following electronic services are available: Account, Order Form, and Newsletter. The Account and Newsletter are provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The Order Form is a one-time service.
An Account may be created by completing the registration form, clicking the account creation button, and confirming the registration by e-mail. The Account or Newsletter may be cancelled at any time by contacting sklep@axis-baterie.pl.
The Service Recipient must use the Online Store lawfully and may not provide unlawful content, including illegal content.
CONDITIONS FOR CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT
A Sales Agreement is concluded after the Customer places an Order via the Order Form and the Seller confirms receipt and acceptance of the Order by e-mail.
Product prices are shown in Polish zloty and include taxes. The Customer is informed about the total price, delivery costs, and any other payable amounts during checkout.
PAYMENT METHODS AND DEADLINES
Available payment methods include cash on delivery, cash on personal collection, bank transfer, and electronic or card payments via PayU.pl. For bank transfer or online payment, payment must be made within 7 calendar days from conclusion of the Sales Agreement.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Delivery is available within Poland. Personal collection is free of charge at ul. Strzeszyńska 30B, 60-479 Poznań, on Business Days from 09:00 to 16:00. Standard delivery time is up to 7 Business Days unless a shorter deadline is indicated.
COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE
Complaints concerning Products, Sales Agreements, Electronic Services, or the operation of the Online Store may be submitted in writing, by e-mail to sklep@axis-baterie.pl, or via the complaint form at https://b22-service.com/reklamacja.
The Seller will respond promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days from receipt. The Seller’s liability is governed by applicable law, in particular the Civil Code and consumer protection regulations.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and claim settlement procedures. Details are available from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A consumer who concludes a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, subject to statutory exceptions. A withdrawal statement may be sent in writing or by e-mail to sklep@axis-baterie.pl.
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the contract is deemed not concluded. Refunds and return costs are handled in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
PROVISIONS FOR ENTREPRENEURS
This section applies only to non-consumer customers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller’s liability may be limited or excluded, and disputes are submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
RULES FOR USING PRODUCTS – DIGITAL CONTENT AND SERVICES
Digital products may only be used to the extent necessary for their intended purpose and the Sales Agreement. Unless otherwise required by law or contract, they may not be sublicensed, distributed, modified, copied, or decompiled.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
The Seller enables customers to publish product and store reviews. Reviews should come from actual customers, and the Seller takes reasonable steps to verify their authenticity.
ILLEGAL CONTENT AND OTHER CONTENT INCONSISTENT WITH THE TERMS
The single point of contact for matters under the Digital Services Act is sklep@axis-baterie.pl. Reports of illegal content are reviewed diligently, and the Seller may moderate, remove, or restrict access to unlawful or non-compliant content.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Agreements concluded through the Online Store are concluded in Polish. The Seller may amend these terms for important reasons, including legal changes, operational changes, or security needs.
